I have really bad vision. The entire world is blurry to me without my glasses or contact lenses.
I order my contact lenses from Clearly Contacts because they are a local company and I like their shipping service and simple checkout process. Plus, the packaging is "designer-friendly" and comes with a free container.
The packaging is branded with "happy" blue and as a designer, I appreciate it offering pleasant experience for the customer. Well, I felt valued and genuinely considered as Very Important Person when I received the order.
But, I was soon drawn back from my excitement.
Problem (for me)
I cannot read the "R" (which indicates it is where you put your contact lense from the right eye) without the contact lenses on and often find myself struggling to read it. If you are as blind as I am, you will probably understand what I mean.
Solution (easy one)
So, I used to get a free container along with the purchase of contact lenses solution. The container has the right lid in different color to help visually-impaired customers to differentiate left and right without having to read anything. It's something so small that we don't acknowledge unless we come across with something that doesn't work.
I believe this is an easy solution and Clearly Contacts can be even a better supplier with this improvement.
Thanks for reading and let's share this post so it can be heard!
